For the past year I’ve been working my tail off, not just for my business, but as a cocktail server at a local bar. Working six or seven days a week is a challenge, especially given the late-night hours required at the bar. In an effort to comfort and inspire me, my fiancee said once, “You’re not a server, you’re a girl with dreams.”
